Hard to say where I would be today without the guidance of my mother and step-father, the generosity of my sister and brother-in-law or the wisdom of my maternal grandmother (may she rest in peace).
Familial influence shapes us into who we are. Like it or not. There’s no denying we are the products of our family and our environment. No matter how bad you screw up, no one cares for you like family.
All the members of family have hearts of gold and if the man upstrairs was to take me tomorrow, my only regret would be that I didn’t tell them often enough how much I love them all and how greatful I am for everything they gave me.
